Contact us
Small independent site, no contact form, no ticket number. Send an email and a person reads it.
Things worth writing to us about:
- A tour here whose price, embarcadero, duration or inclusions have changed. Xochimilco listings move more than you would think, and departure points shift between Nativitas, Cuemanco and the smaller docks. We would rather hear it from you than notice it three months late.
- A real Xochimilco boat tour that is not on the site. If it has a live, currently bookable listing page with published departures, send the link and we will read it the same way we read the others, second check included.
- A question about a day on the canals that neither the FAQ nor our guides answers.
- Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.
If you run one of these tours
Operators are welcome to correct us, and we would rather be corrected than be tidy. If your boat now leaves from a different embarcadero, if the open bar has changed, if the island entrance fee is now included when this site says it is not, or if a doll island route has been shortened, write and say so. Corrections are made against the live listing, so the fastest route is a short note plus the page the change is already showing on.
Two things we will not do. We will not remove an accurate figure because it is unflattering, and we will not move a tour up a page. Category leads are set by review count and nothing else, which is a rule anyone can check against the numbers printed on the cards.

What we cannot help with
We cannot take a booking, change a date, cancel a reservation or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. Every tour on this site is sold and run by somebody else, and your reservation sits with them from the moment you pay.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the fastest route is the confirmation email you were sent. It carries your reference number, the departure time, the exact embarcadero and a message button that reaches the people actually holding your place. On a same-day question that beats us every time, and on a weather call it is the only channel that can answer at all.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone. The embarcadero, because Nuevo Nativitas, Cuemanco and the smaller docks around San Jerónimo sit kilometres apart at opposite ends of the canal system, and a taxi between them in Sunday traffic is not a five-minute correction. And the cancellation window, because it is not the same on every tour here: most refund free up to 24 hours before departure, one shared fiesta boat is sold non-refundable, and one full-day combo sets its own terms.
Still deciding which boat? The five categories narrow 14 tours down faster than we can by email, and the FAQ covers how these listings are chosen and where the numbers come from.
